The conservation and security of your personal data are of particular concern. PERSONAL DATA INTENDED PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS

Scope

In principle, we collect and use our users’ personal data only insofar as is required for provision of a functional website and of our content and services. Usually collection and use of our users’ personal data is made only after the user has consented.

An exception applies in such situations where prior obtaining of consent is not possible for practical reasons and processing of the data is permitted under statutory regulations.

Purpose

Objection:

You have the right to enter an objection to the processing of your personal data (which was collected on the basis of Art.6 (1) e or f). This also applies to the profiling covered by these provisions. In the event of an objection, the data will not be processed unless there are compelling legitimate grounds which override the interests, fundamental rights or freedoms of the data subject or it serves for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.

NOTICE OF DATA EXCHANGE WITH OTHER WEBSITES

Facebook:

We use social plug-ins from Facebook.com operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. These plug-ins can be recognized by the Facebook logo or the additional text “Facebook Social Plugin”. If, for example, you click on the “Like” button or add a comment, the relevant information is transferred directly from your browser to Facebook and stored there. Our pages use functions from Google+. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Collection and transfer of information: With the help of the Google+ button, you can publish information globally. Via the Google+ button you and other users receive personalised content from Google and our partners. Google stores both the information that you have given +1 to some content as well as information about the page which you viewed when you clicked +1. Your +1 can be displayed in Google services as notices together with your profile name and your photo, for example in search results or in your Google profile, or in other places on websites and advertisements on the internet.

Google captures information on your +1 activities to improve Google services for you and others. In order to use the Google +1 button, you need to have a public Google profile visible to global audiences, which must contain at least the name chosen for the profile.  This name is used by all Google Services. In some cases, this name can also replace another name, which you have used when sharing parts of contents via your Google account. The identity of your Google profile may be shown to users who know your email address or who have other identifiable information about you.

Use of the captured information: Apart from the purposes described above, the information you provide is used in accordance with the applicable Google privacy policy. Google may publish summarised statistics on the +1 activities of users or share this with users and partners, such as publishers, advertisers or connected websites.

Instagram:

Functions of the Instagram service are displayed on our pages. These functions are offered by Instagram Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA integrated.
